Around 50 food and beverage stalls will feature the best of the region, along with local wines and our Wanaka Craft Beer suppliers. Coffee stalls will be scattered throughout the food areas. Stalls will be situated at the Airport main gate, main Food Stall area and the Silver Pass area.

This display will be in the Aircraft of Interest Site and Sport Aircraft hangar area and will include sport aircraft, gyrocopters, microlights, experimental and aircraft of interest.
2026 Static Aircraft Application Form
Following the 2024 Airshow our board and management team carried out a thorough review of the Airshow. It was decided that as NZ's Premier Airshow we should concentrate all our efforts and resources into new innovations like our Future of Aviation and Aviation Training opportunities. This means that unfortunately we won't be having the Warhorses and the Stationary Engines displays anymore. This decision wasn't taken lightly and we have really appreciated all the effort of the re-enactors and Stationary Engines over many years.
We hope that you will join us as spectators next year and thanks again for you participation at Warbirds Over Wanaka.
